 Verified My positive experience with Tycon builders is limited to the initial interaction with the owner, James Reid.  After speaking with James briefly on the phone, he was out to my site that same day. He communicated well and definitely displayed professionalism and integrity.  I consulted with James for many weeks following a SF Muni bus accident that caused major damages to my retail shop.  James was responsive, knowledgeable, detailed and informative.  He gave me valuable advice even though I ended up hiring my insurance's preferred contractor.  Because my claim was so complicated and involved the City and County of SF, I felt like it would be more seamless going with my insurance's in-network vendor. James Reid, owner of Tycon Builders, was able to install our floors in our new office building so quickly and beautifully. It was actually a tricky job since the ground was not level, but he worked his magic and we now have even and beautiful hardwood floors in our office. He has worked with other colleagues and friends as well-everyone raves about his work-from his craftsmanship, to his professionalism, he is who you want for any construction job. He is always so honest and trustworthy-a really kind person and honest contractor. And lets not forget-his finished product is top notch. He does beautiful work with skill and speed.  Verified Tycon builders and owner,  master craftsman James Reid have done a number of different jobs for us in varying scope and size.  He first  built us an amazing new back deck.  His work was skilled and beautiful .  The work site remained safe and clean after each day's completion and was done on time and on budget. Next up James built us a new retaining wall. While not the most glamorous projects once again the work was done to the highest standards with all above mentioned details to the project completed.  This week James designed, crafted, built and installed a new modern gate to our property. James quickly grasped our vision and excuted it to  perfection.  We could not be more pleased.
